What You'll Do
  1. Champion innovative and inclusive merchandise strategies that reflect our brand vision and resonate with global and regional customers
  2. Collaborate closely with Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to turn creative ideas into compelling, on-brand product assortments that balance aesthetic and commercial impact
  3. Use a mix of storytelling, customer insights, and data to influence decisions and fuel assortment strategies
  4. Evaluate seasonal investment opportunities with Inventory Management to prioritize high-potential ideas and support key growth areas
  5. Monitor in-season business performance, identify creative solutions to risks, and adapt strategies in real-time
  6. Communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and creative way to inspire cross-functional alignment
  7. Take part in diverse, cross-functional projects that challenge conventional thinking and push the brand forward
