The Assistant Mentoring BCBA (aMBCBA) serves as a key clinical leader, responsible for supporting and guiding early-career BCBAs through structured mentorship, performance oversight, and professional development. This role requires a balance of billable service provision and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality client outcomes and the growth of the clinical team. The aMBCBA leads team meetings, hosts office hours, and maintains clinical excellence through auditing and training initiatives.
The aMBCBA reports to the Clinical Director and collaborates with other AMBCBAs and MBCBAs, providing mentorship to ensure clinical and operational excellence.
This role promotes leadership development within the organization, emphasizing high-quality clinical outcomes and revenue sustainability. The aMBCBA coaches the next generation of BCBAs, supporting organizational success and client outcomes.
