Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate or elite club level.
• Strong knowledge of sport technical skills and tactical systems.
• Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• CPR Certification.
• Collegiate coaching experience at the NAIA or NCAA level.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in administration of the Men’s Volleyball program.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes who align with university standards.
• Lead specific position groups during practice sessions.
• Conduct scouting and film analysis of opponents.
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with travel logistics.
