Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of daily basketball operations and program administration.
• Plan and conduct practices, workouts, skill-development sessions, and team training.
• Assist with game preparation, scouting, film breakdown, and in-game coaching.
• Recruit prospective student‑athletes in line with NCAA, conference, and University rules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current student‑athletes.
• Support recruiting visits, communications, evaluations, and admissions coordination.
• Monitor student‑athlete academic progress and personal development.
• Assist with travel, equipment, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Participate in fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach.
