Job summary

North Greenville University is seeking an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program. The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and experience in college basketball either as a player or coach.

The successful candidate will help organize travel, assist with recruiting within NCAA rules, manage film exchanges, and contribute to student-athlete academic progress and daily operations of the athletics department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in playing and/or coaching basketball at the college level.
• Affirm the mission and Christian lifestyle expectations and Baptist faith statements.

Responsibilities

• Organize team travel arrangements, including housing and meals for student-athletes.
• Assist with on/off-campus recruiting within NCAA guidelines.
• Coordinate film exchange per Conference Carolinas and NABC guidelines.
• Assist in supervision of team and academic progress; manage day-to-day office tasks.
