Ferrum College is seeking a motivated, energetic, and passionate Assistant Men's Basketball Coach to support the Head Men's Basketball Coach in all aspects of the men's basketball program. The Assistant Coach will assist with recruiting, evaluating, coaching, mentoring, team practices, competitions, budgeting, and program administration. The successful candidate will help build and maintain a competitive roster while promoting a culture of compliance with NCAA Division II, Conference Carolinas, and Ferrum College policies and regulations.
