Amherst College is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Squash Coach. As one of the most diverse liberal arts colleges in the country, Amherst values candidates who can contribute to and support a broadly diverse community.
The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Squash Coach will report to the Head Coach and assist in all aspects of the Men’s and Women’s Squash Programs. Responsibilities include recruiting diverse student-athletes, managing daily operations, implementing practices, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Director of Athletics. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnight travel to away meets and tournaments. The assistant coach is expected to actively support a diverse student body and workforce and participate in creating a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
