Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services in Lawrence seeks an Assistant Medical Director - CBHC to provide medical oversight and clinical leadership across ambulatory care, urgent care, mobile crisis intervention, and community crisis stabilization services.

Under the Ambulatory Medical Director, you will guide policy, ensure documentation within 48 hours, supervise medical staff, and collaborate with MassHealth and state agencies to advance quality of care.

Qualifications

• MD with Massachusetts medical license and board certification in Psychiatry.
• CBHC experience preferred.
• Expertise in risk assessment, management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and medical operations of the CBHC in Lawrence.
• Provide clinical leadership and align services with BILH BS strategic vision.
• Offer regular clinical consultation to staff and ensure supervision of medical staff.
• Provide on-call medical consultation coverage and leadership on policies/regulations.
• Complete progress notes and other documentation within 48 hours.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and lead CBHC Medical Staff meetings.
