Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high‑reliability data centers, a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree or equivalent, and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in operations and maintenance in a high-reliability Data Center environment.
• Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating and maintenance strategies for continuous availability of critical systems.
• Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance programs for essential equipment.
• Create procedures and maintenance checklists in the site CMMS.
• Coordinate and inspect outsourced vendors' services.
• Manage costs and budgets for mechanical operations.
• Ensure safety measures and compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
