Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Mechanic to help maintain bowling lanes, pinspotters, and building equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, and participate in safety-focused operations across our centers.

The role offers training toward a full mechanic path, emphasizes teamwork, and a hands-on approach to learn all bowling equipment; prior mechanical experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team player
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Support leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment problems.
• Understand operation of all bowling equipment in the center.
• Complete the assistant mechanic training program as prescribed.
