Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Mechanic to join our maintenance team at a one-location center. This role focuses on keeping bowling lanes and related equipment in top condition and supporting daily center maintenance.

The position emphasizes safety and hands-on learning through our training program, with opportunities to advance into a full Mechanic role as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by following Lucky Strike guidelines and OSHA.
• Maintain lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment for optimal performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose common equipment issues.
• Complete the Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Provide assistance to leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues accurately.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance.
• Operate all bowling equipment in the center.
