Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Mechanic to help maintain lanes, pinspotters, and building equipment at our center. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to repairs, while following safety guidelines and completing our training program.

The role supports leadership and requires reporting issues promptly. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (optional) with strong math skills, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra, geometry and applied mathematics (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters and building equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to repairs.
• Prioritize safety per Lucky Strike and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete the internal Assistant Mechanic training program.
• Provide support to leadership and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
• Conduct minor preventative maintenance as needed.
• Operate all bowling equipment in the center.
