Ideal candidates bring a math-focused high school background, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, with eagerness to train further toward a Mechanic role. Evening and night shifts and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with an emphasis on algebra/geometric reasoning (optional).
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Proven team player with collaborative mindset.
• Motivated to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment for top performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repairs as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Support leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues; perform minor preventative maintenance.
• Operate all bowling center equipment.
