What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs.

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Mechanic:

1. Prioritize safety by following Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA guidelines.
2. Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition.
3. Follow preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
4. Complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the designated time frame.
5. Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
6. Identify and resolve common equipment issues accurately.
7. Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks.
8. Operate all bowling equipment in the center proficiently.

What It Takes

• High School Diploma with coursework in algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team player
• Eagerness to train and advance into a Mechanic role
