What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by following Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance.
• Complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time.
• Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues accurately.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks.
• Operate all bowling equipment in the center proficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with coursework in algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to train and advance into a Mechanic role.
• Previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience is encouraged.
