What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety by following Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
• Complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues accurately.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance.
• Operate all bowling equipment in the center confidently.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Willingness to continue training and advance into a Mechanic role.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or engineering fields encouraged.
