Position Overview:

Assist the Meat and Seafood Manager with inventory management, pricing, training, and operations. This fast-paced role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meat orders with the Meat and Seafood Manager
• Handle, cut, and trim meat and seafood products, ensuring quality standards
• Greet and assist guests proactively and courteously
• Make recommendations and fulfill guest requests
• Manage orders, reduce shrink, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Train and motivate team members on-the-job and via internal platforms

Schedule & Qualifications:

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Certifications & Experience:

• Must be certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire
• At least 3 years in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum age: 18 years
