Job Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing learning plans
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction
• Manage students’ progress and engagement during sessions
• Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
• Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method and curriculum
• Become proficient with digital educational tools
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians

Qualifications

• College Degree
• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to foster teamwork and balance education and leadership roles
• Math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills

Applicants will need to pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and clear a background check.

Additional Information

Locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium. Franchisees are responsible for employment matters. If hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not Mathnasium.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
