Job summary

Mathnasium (ID: 2905001) is seeking an Assistant Math Learning Center Director to lead after-school programs and support families in a warm, student-centered setting. You will work consistent, part-time hours after school and on weekends, supervise staff, drive student progress, and assist with enrollment and customer service to ensure a great learning experience.

• Customer relationships and sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required/preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
