Job summary

Mathnasium LLC in Durham, NC is seeking an Assistant Math Learning Center Director to lead after-school programs, support center operations, and help students succeed.

This role emphasizes sales, customer relationships, and team leadership in a supportive school-day-aftercare environment. You will partner with the Center Director to tailor learning plans, enroll new students, and coach staff.

• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
