Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director with student assessments and learning plans
• Support sales efforts by responding to leads and enrolling students
• Build relationships with families and communicate student progress
• Lead and mentor instructional staff
• Manage student engagement and progress during sessions
• Provide on-the-job training to staff
• Teach in-center, online, or hybrid sessions using Mathnasium methods
• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to work in a team, balancing education and sales
• Math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills

Applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
