Are you a creative, energetic builder who lives and breathes LEGO bricks? Do you love inspiring kids and adults alike through hands-on fun? Join us at LEGOLAND Discovery Center as our next Assistant Master Model Builder and help us bring imagination to life — one brick at a time!

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the face of LEGO play! Engage with guests of all ages through interactive build stations and workshops.

• Bring your camp counselor energy – fun, upbeat, and ready to connect with kids (and their grownups).

• Support the Master Model Builder with builds, storytelling, and creativity-packed workshops.

• Comfortable on camera? Awesome! You might help represent us in media, social media, and fun PR events.

• Channel your inner creative genius to build original LEGO sculptures, scenes, and models.

• Host special events, birthdays, and seasonal activities that leave kids smiling and inspired.

• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Operations, and more to keep the LEGO magic alive.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for play and creativity — sculpture, set design, 3D modeling, or any artistic medium!

• A genuine love of LEGO (from childhood or adulthood) and eagerness to share it.

• Outgoing, approachable, and confident in public speaking or performance.

• Experience working with children or families in a hands-on, engaging environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Bonus: You’re a hobbyist who loves taking ideas from sketch to sculpture

Must-Haves:

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout your shift.

• A team player with a growth mindset and a drive to inspire others.
