Responsibilities

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll lead marketing efforts and coordination for a portfolio of communities in NJ and PA. You act as an advisor, delivering impactful and meaningful content, campaigns, and communication strategies. You’re obsessed with understanding your customer’s mindset and striving to create extraordinary experiences for customers and team members alike. The Assistant Marketing Manager will work independently to assess the needs of their assigned portfolio, create overarching marketing strategy, project manage campaign deliverables, use data insights to determine recommendations, gain needed approval from internal/external stakeholders, engage directly with savvy clients and implement on time and within budget. This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working from the Northern NJ Region

Expected Contributions:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing plans and budgets for assigned properties, using data and market insights to drive leads and occupancy.
  • Create, execute and manage marketing campaigns, brand refreshes, websites optimization, social media strategy, signage and creative assets. (paid ads, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns)
  • Track and optimize paid media performance
  • Develop action plans for underperforming assets
  • Optimize lead generation, monitor performance, occupancy, conversions, media spend and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency while contributing creative solutions, including Bozzuto corporate projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders, site teams, and external vendors to deliver results, demonstrate adaptability, communication and problem-solving.
What You Bring To Us
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate marketing experience or previous agency experience with a working understanding of paid search marketing, Google Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, email marketing, social media, national and local apartment internet listing sites
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience leading creative projects (e.g.: website design, collateral, signage, display ads)
  • Previous experience working in property management — desirable
  • Experience with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative programs is a plus
  • This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working from the Northern NJ region

Salary Range: $75—$80 USD
