We’re looking for an Assistant Market Operations Manager to:

1. Be an operations liaison to the Market area they support
2. Manage operational support staff
3. Educate all employees on operational policies and procedures
4. Manage operations-related client issues
5. Oversee account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, risk items and trade corrections
6. Monitor client accounts and transactions
7. Perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorizations for the Market
8. Report into the Market Operations Manager aligned to the Market

Salary Information: The salary range for this role in San Diego and Newport Beach is $85,000 to $100,000. Compensation may include discretionary incentives and is based on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. Benefits details can be found at ubs.com/usbenefits.

You will be part of Wealth Management Americas, supporting the Los Angeles Market, helping high net worth individuals meet their financial goals through tailored products and services.

Your Expertise

You should have:

• Ideally 5 years of experience with a leading financial institution
• Management experience in branch operations
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Series 7, 66, and 9/10 or 8 certifications

You are:

• Motivated, self-directed, and driven
• Skilled at building partnerships and delegation
• Capable of creating a positive business culture
