As a SONIC Assistant Manager, you will manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) alongside the General Manager. Your goal is to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience every time. Through hiring, training, managing, and developing your team, you will help create moments of magic for our customers.

What You Bring to the Crew

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
