Job summary

Zaxby's in Greenwood, SC is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead a fast casual restaurant. You will coach and develop crew members, supervise daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train, schedule, manage finances, ensure food safety, and fill in during busy times, contributing to strong fiscal performance while upholding health standards.

Qualifications

• Coaching and developing crew members.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including supervising, scheduling, hiring, training, and all-around development of team members.
• Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's financial performance to keep operations at the best fiscal performance level possible.
• Must learn all basic store operations including basic food preparation, presentation and guest services.
• May have to fill in wherever needed when short-handed or during busier times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast past environment.
