Domino’s Pizza in the Denver metro area is seeking future leaders for its Management Training Program. This role rewards initiative, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask while guiding the team through busy shifts.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

Work Conditions (In‑Store)

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Physical Requirements

• Standing – most tasks are performed from a standing position
• Walking – for short distances and short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas; height of work surfaces between 36" and 48"
• Sitting – paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries make up to 50 pounds; cases weight up to 50 lb; stacked up to 72"
• Carrying – large cans, 3 lb 7 oz, pizza sauce 30 lb, trays of dough 12 lb each, etc.
• Pushing – moving trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb to push; may also pull
• Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance

Additional Requirements

• Must live in or near Denver metro area or be moving to the area

Driving Specific Job Duties

• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery

Essential Skills (Delivery)

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Physical Demands (Delivery)

• Carrying – during delivery carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties
• Driving – deliver pizzas within designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift
• Walking – travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations
