ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's is hiring assistant managers to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. We are looking for a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and multitasking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for all shift activities, including cost, inventory, cash control, and product quality.
• Lead by example by following all policies and procedures.
• Navigate within delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and conform to uniform standards.
• Work independently and in teams, aiming for high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Perform duties of CSRs and Delivery Experts.
• Train team members and manage staffing levels.
• Manage inventory and cash control.
• Complete required reports and perform additional tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Making correct monetary change and entering orders via computer.
• Strong hand/eye coordination and ability to follow instructions promptly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand for extended periods; walk briskly or run during deliveries.
• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and navigate stairs as needed.
• Perform frequent crouching, bending, and reaching.
