Job Requirements

  • Responsible for all shift activities including cost, inventory, cash control, product quality, store image, customer relations, and service times.
  • Lead by example by following all policies and procedures.
  • Navigate within delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and conform to Domino's standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meet high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Perform duties of CSRs and Delivery Experts.
  • Train team members and manage staffing levels.
  • Manage inventory and cash.
  • Complete reports and perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Essential Skills

  • Accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Make correct change and enter orders accurately.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions quickly.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Walk or run during deliveries, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Climb ladders and navigate stairs during deliveries and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform crouching, bending, and reaching frequently.
