Team Honey Badger is looking for outgoing individuals who share our passion for pizza and are excited to bring family, friends, and community together one slice at a time!

Training for your new position: At Team Honey Badger, we believe our Assistant Managers represent the future of our company. Your journey begins on day one with personalized, one-on-one training from our skilled Operations coaches. Over the first four weeks, you'll follow a structured program covering store operations, customer service, product quality, and administrative tasks.

After initial training, you'll have unlimited access to online courses available 24/7, covering food and labor management, customer satisfaction, team building, and more.

The training concludes with a three-day, in-person course with peers from across the company. Graduates are eligible for advancement opportunities, including promotion to General Manager.

A Day in the Life as an Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, assist in training, promote a culture of excellence, and delegate tasks. Set standards for product quality, speed, accuracy, and inventory management. Create schedules, manage labor, participate in hiring, and support marketing efforts. Assist in financial management, including daily banking, expense monitoring, and cash handling.
