ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. This role requires leadership skills, judgment, math proficiency, and multitasking ability. As an assistant manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure policy adherence, manage staffing, inventory, cash, and customer relations, and uphold the store's standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You are responsible for all activities during your shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. You must set a good example and follow all policies and procedures strictly. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining cleanliness, marketing, and ensuring profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Experience with ingredient stocking, product preparation, order processing, inventory, and cleaning
  • Valid driver’s license with 1-2 years of experience depending on age
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
  • Dependable transportation and flexible availability

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and food odors
  • In-store temperatures from 36°F to over 90°F
  • Potential exposure to dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving parts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
