Domino's is hiring assistant managers to join our team. This role requires leadership, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for all shift activities including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead by example, adhering strictly to all policies and procedures.
• Navigate within delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and conform to uniform standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Delivery Experts.
• Train team members and manage staffing levels.
• Manage inventory and control cash.
• Complete required reports and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills and Physical Requirements:

• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Proficiency in entering orders via computer or touchscreen.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks timely.
• Stand for extended periods; walk briskly or run during deliveries.
