What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the employer's workers' compensation program in collaboration with various functional units
  • Develop and measure annual objectives and key results (OKRs), Quarterly Targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, communicating trends and insights to leadership
  • Manage day-to-day Workers' Compensation training and communication platform, collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Oversee and analyze Return-to-Work performance against best practice guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or an analytical role within a casualty brokerage firm, third-party claim administrator, or corporate risk management department
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in drafting formal documents, developing and delivering presentations, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Querying experience with Risk Management Information System tools
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
