What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy and execution of the employer's workers' compensation program in collaboration with various functional units
- Develop and measure annual objectives and key results (OKRs), Quarterly Targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, communicating trends and insights to leadership
- Manage day-to-day Workers' Compensation training and communication platform, collaborating with internal and external partners
- Oversee and analyze Return-to-Work performance against best practice guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or an analytical role within a casualty brokerage firm, third-party claim administrator, or corporate risk management department
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in drafting formal documents, developing and delivering presentations, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Querying experience with Risk Management Information System tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
