Job summary

StorageMart in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, customer engagement, and overall store success. You will assist with rentals, payments, and inquiries while helping to meet sales goals and maintain service standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. The position includes light maintenance and occasional support for nearby locations, with a focus on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service preferred (training provided!)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable performing light maintenance and outdoor work
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, and account management)
