Job summary

StorageMart in West New York, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers in person, over the phone, and via email, assist with rentals, accounts, and payments, and help maintain store standards.

The role includes light maintenance and outdoor tasks, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned company that values integrity, teamwork, and community impact.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service preferred (training provided!)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable performing light maintenance and outdoor work
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, and account management)
