Wendy's in Batavia, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily restaurant operations. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while driving sales and operational metrics.

As a key member of the management team, you will set the tone for a fun, family environment, manage staff schedules, and uphold health, safety, and financial controls. This role offers stability, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within Wendy's.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.
