Job summary

Wendy's in Batavia, Ohio seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales, and maintain daily operations. You will model superb customer service, mentor staff, and ensure healthy food handling and safety standards.

The AGM role offers career growth, competitive pay, flexible hours, and benefits; prior one year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service is preferred, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Valid DL in good standing - access to private transportation
• Consent to background screening
• HS diploma or equiv - possess all documents required by state and federal law
• Able to walk and stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
