Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team on the sales floor and ensure the best possible customer experience. You will help operate a high-performing store and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with open weekend availability, retail or customer service background, and a dynamic, outgoing leadership style. Growth opportunities and a retail-focused, energetic environment await.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.

• Must be 18+ and have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
