Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to maintain cGMP compliant operations for our Tampa facility, overseeing a 100,000 sq ft site with 24/7 manufacturing support. This role manages 9-12 indirect staff and ensures inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and KPI reporting.

You will train staff, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with Warehouse Manager to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment on site. Eligibility to work in the US applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of industry Warehouse experience.
• Previous supervision experience of multiple staff members.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., ERPLx, SAP, PeopleSoft, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material flow supporting manufacturing operations.
• Certification or experience with material handling equipment and warehouse safety practices or the ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• Detail oriented for KPI reporting.
• Computer Literacy with MS Office and barcode RF devices.
• Effective communication with direct reports, peers, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and ensure compliance with municipal, federal, international shipping and state regulations.
• Oversee material handling operations to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation including domestic and international shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Meet key metrics to support a world-class compliant warehouse as set by the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and staff adheres to SOPs and equipment training.
• Maintain all SOP training and work instructions; train staff on equipment use.
• Assist with non-conformance investigations and corrective actions for areas of responsibility.
• Provide coverage for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Objectives/Purpose Of Job

Maintain cGMP compliant warehouse operations with approximately 100,000 sq. ft to support ongoing manufacturing operations and business. Management of indirect staff ranging from 9-12.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

• Train staff and comply with Municipal, Federal, International shipping and State regulations such as DOT, TSA, and OSHA IATA and INCO terms.
• Oversee material handling operations to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation made up of shipping Domestic and International, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Meet key metrics to support a world class compliant warehouse set by the Warehouse Manager.
• Responsible for the compliance and material handling equipment ensuring safety procedures are followed and adhered to by staff.
• Responsible for all SOP training, Work Instructions, training on use of equipment for staff.
• Assist with non-conformance investigations, ITCR, and QCR's for areas of responsibility.
• Provide coverage for the Warehouse Manager when required.
