Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to maintain cGMP-compliant operations for ~100,000 sq ft supporting manufacturing. You will manage 9–12 indirect staff and oversee 24/7 shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced Tampa facility.

You will train staff on DOT, TSA, OSHA, IATA/INCO terms, use WMS and ERP systems (SAP/PeopleSoft/ERPLx), monitor KPIs, and ensure safety. Bachelor's in related field preferred; 5+ years warehouse experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience of multiple staff.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material flow.
• Certification or experience with material handling equipment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and ensure compliance with DOT, TSA, OSHA, IATA and INCO terms.
• Oversee 24/7 warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy.
• Meet metrics for world-class compliant warehouse set by the Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Lead SOP training and equipment usage for staff.
• Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager as needed.

Objectives/Purpose of Job:

Maintain cGMP compliant warehouse operations with approximately 100,000 sq. ft to support ongoing manufacturing operations and business. Management if Indirect staff ranging from 9-12.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

• Train staff and comply with Municipal, Federal, International shipping and State regulations such as DOT, TSA, and OSHA IATA and INCO terms.
• Oversee material handling operations to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation made up of shipping Domestic and International, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Meet key metrics to support a world class compliant warehouse set by the Warehouse Manager.
• Responsible for the compliance and material handling equipment ensuring safety procedures are followed and adhered to by staff.
• Responsible for all SOP training, Work Instructions, training on use of equipment for staff.
• Assist with non-conformance investigations, ITCR, and QCRs for areas of responsibility.
• Provide coverage for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Qualifications/Training:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business highly preferred.
• 5+ years of industry Warehouse experience.
• Previous supervision experience of multiple staff members
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., ERPLx, SAP, PeopleSoft, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material flow supporting manufacturing operations.
• Certification or experience with material handling equipment and warehouse safety practices or the ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• Detail oriented for KPI reporting.
• Computer Literacy with skills in MS Office applications and barcode technology RF devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with direct reports, peers, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time, onsite, including overtime and weekends if necessary to meet department/site objectives.

Have no corrective actions at the written warning level in last six months / no final warning level in the last 12 months / no active PIP.
