Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at WHBM, Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, and drive a welcoming, high-service environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will empower associates, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to community events while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You'll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
