Responsibilities
This role supports the day-to-day management of valet operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, good client relations, and a professional image. It involves creating and implementing staging plans to maximize parking capacity.

1. Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure timely and exceptional service by assisting guests courteously, helping with vehicle parking and retrieval, and maintaining knowledge of the area.
3. Create staffing schedules based on vehicle volume.
4. Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring vehicle and key safety.
5. Prepare daily paperwork for audits.
6. Recognize vehicle makes and models quickly and have general vehicle operation knowledge.
7. Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean.
8. Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
9. Review damage claims.
10. Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
11. Fill in for other positions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; six months of valet experience preferred.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and nights, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Clear spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to change and exercise sound judgment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $25.00 + tips. Tips are eligible in addition to hourly pay.
