Responsibilities:

1. Perform customer sales and service
2. Merchandise and ensure compliance with all company policies
3. Answer customer inquiries via telephone
4. Set up promotional signage
5. Enforce all company policies
6. Learn and provide product descriptions
7. Propose add-on sales
8. Check and retrieve merchandise from storage
9. Organize, restock, and clean merchandise on the sales floor
10. Handle store opening and closing procedures
11. Train newly hired associates
12. Direct sales and cashier associates
13. Manage inventory control and loss prevention policies

Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years or older
2. High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
3. Basic organizational and math skills
4. Subject to E-Verify upon accepting the position
5. Ability to perform light to moderate lifting, with accommodations if needed
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
7. Flexible scheduling

California Pay Scale: $16.50 - $19.45/hour depending on store location.
