The program lasts 6–18 months with a defined training plan, preparing you for higher management. Candidates should be energetic, sports-minded, and have solid customer service experience or related education.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance with all company policies.
• Setting promotional signage and checking stockroom items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Train newly hired associates and direct sales/cashier staff.
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention enforcement.

Our Assistant Manager Trainee Part-time gains knowledge and experience,requiredfor promotion to higher management positions underdirectionof experienced personnel, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Primary Duties

Position Requirements
