Job Title: Part-time Assistant Manager

The Part-time Assistant Manager position offers an excellent opportunity for sports and outdoor enthusiasts to develop their careers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform customer sales and service
  2. Merchandise products and ensure compliance with company policies
  3. Handle customer inquiries via telephone
  4. Set up promotional signage
  5. Enforce all company policies
  6. Learn and provide product descriptions
  7. Propose add-on sales
  8. Retrieve merchandise from storage areas
  9. Organize, restock, and clean merchandise on the sales floor
  10. Participate in store opening and closing procedures
  11. Train newly hired associates
  12. Direct sales and cashier associates
  13. Control inventory and enforce loss prevention policies
Requirements:
  1. Must be 21 years of age or older
  2. High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
  3. Basic organizational and math skills
  4. Subject to E-Verify upon accepting the position
  5. Ability to perform light to moderate lifting with or without accommodation
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Flexible scheduling availability

Pay Scale:

$16.66 - $19.59 per hour, depending on store location.
