Responsibilities:

1. Perform customer sales and service
2. Merchandise products and ensure compliance with company policies
3. Handle customer inquiries via telephone
4. Set up promotional signage
5. Enforce all company policies
6. Learn and provide product descriptions
7. Propose add-on sales
8. Manage merchandise from storage to sales floor
9. Assist with store opening and closing procedures
10. Train newly hired associates
11. Supervise sales and cashier staff
12. Oversee inventory control and loss prevention

Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years or older
2. High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
3. Basic organizational and math skills
4. Subject to E-Verify upon employment
5. Ability to lift light to moderate loads, with accommodations if needed

7. Flexible schedule availability

California Pay Scale: $16.50 - $19.45/hour, depending on store location.
