For over 60 years, everything we do emphasizes having talented individuals on our team. Manager Trainees gain knowledge and experience necessary for promotion to management positions under the guidance of experienced personnel. Duties are performed personally or through subordinates. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer sales and service, directing customers, answering telephones, providing product descriptions, proposing add-on sales, managing merchandise from storage, cleaning, restocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. This entry-level position is designed to be transitory, typically lasting 6-18 months before promotion. A comprehensive training program will be provided to develop your path into management. We seek enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded individuals with strong customer service backgrounds and relevant educational paths. Enthusiasm for our products is essential. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
California pay scale: $16.65-$19.50/hour depending on location.
