Responsibilities

• Learn lot-level functions, operations, and management perspectives.
• Set and monitor performance goals with upper management; attend trainings.
• Work alongside associates to learn methods, procedures, and standards.
• Train in related departments to enable future transfers and promotions.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per company policy and laws.
