America's Car-Mart, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in Arkansas. The role offers exposure to all dealership areas, interact with a diverse customer base, and a 90-day training program designed to prepare you for success.

There is potential to advance into a General Manager role based on performance and prior experience. Compensation includes a base salary with monthly bonus opportunities and a path for career growth within a nationally recognized employer.

Qualifications

• Self-martered and ambitious in nature.
• Excellent communications skills and prior supervisor experience.
• Ability to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable with math tasks.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mediating workplace conflicts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive training and perform duties in multiple departments (office, service, collections, sales, inventory).
• Learn lot-level staff functions, operations and policies affecting business.
• Set and monitor performance goals with upper management; attend trainings.
• Work alongside associates to learn methods, procedures, and standards for departmental duties.
• Gain transferable knowledge across departments to support career growth.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and laws.
