Position Summary :

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service, and operational targets. Candidates should have proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to provide proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview

The anticipated hourly range is $20.79 to $34.64, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and competitive incentive programs.
